rtek is a very popular choice. Only available for S4 turbos for the moment. They always say that S5 is in the works and NA's but it never seems to happen. Honestly I don't think that it will.
Corksport makes an ECU that can be tuned to your 'mods' as they say on their site. You send in your core and they chip it, just like the rtek. However there is no information whatsoever covering it in detail, and no ones gonna buy it if they don't get some more detailed information.

Thats really about it.

 

It has a sharp learning curve which isn't quite what you're looking for but for around 1k the Microtech LT8S is an excellent ECU.

 

Get a standalone higher a tuner and be done with it.
