Toss up. microtech or rtec?

I know the basics about both, but what do you think are some pros and cons? Obviously there are advantages go going stand alone, what do you think of it as a standalone?

microtech is awesome. Its very straight forward and easy to install if you know how to be neat and solder the right way. The only downside as a standalone(as opposed to others such as haltech, ems, etc.) is that it doesn't have a ton of auxiliaries like the other standalones offer. Depending on your currents needs as well as future needs(if any) you have to decide if Rtec will give you what you need.

A Rtec cannot do everything that a MT does.MT its a full EMS in every aspect Rtec just give you some options to play with.all depends of your needs and future plans for the car.
