planning a 13b-re swap

i was wondering what ecu would best suit my needs

im looking for on the fly tuning and data logging

i am looking to pull 350-400rwhp

i will be running a carputer to display guages on screen so ecu needs to have guage displays


please list the ecu you think would best suit my needs and common price it goes for my budget is aprox. 1500

Find the brand that gives you the best support...hopefully locally.
$1,500 for the stand-alone and install?
That doesn't give you much choices.

Microtech's LT8 (or ltx8) have a nice gauge display option in the tuning software, where you can also do on the fly tuning. only downside is you have to get one preprogramed for the engine you will be running (i.e. 13BT or 13B-REW). Although once you have it installed it comes with a decent base map and you should be able to fire it right up without fooling with a bunch of settings. They are fairly cheap, I bought one (used )for around $700. Getting tech support right from Microtech is nearly impossible tho, but there are alot of poeple on this forum who could probably help you.
