logging locks after .5 to 8 seconds//

i posted this under the Power FC area but haven't gotten any help.

i have been running my PFC/Datalogit for a number of years and all of a sudden i am unable to log more than .5 to 8 seconds. it just, then, locks.

i have tried varying the coverage, basic advanced etc to no avail. i deleted a bunch of old logs just for kicks but that had no effect. my computer has plenty of available space. i am not using the commander. i am running V 1.090 which has worked excellently for a number of years and, easily, 500 logs.

i am just shaking down a methanol injection system as well as a few other things so i decided i didn't want to have to deal w the newest Datalogit version should it have some initial bugs.

i did a search and didn't come up w anything in the datalogit and RX7club archives.

FYI, i can replay old logs and when it does log it picks up all channels. i run a techedge 1.5 using an1 and an2. i log egts on an3 and fuel pressure on an4.

i would greatly appreciate any help as i am especially interested in getting my methanol going.

thanks,
