perfectpower standalone?

perfectpower standalone?

hey whats going on in here. i just have a quick quetion about a standalone unit i could get at a good deal. http://www.perfectpower.com/products/prs.asp <~~

a friend of mine is selling one,it was on a honda but he was saying it supports the leading and trailing spark type that the rotary has but i have never herd of this unit used around here. its the PRS4 unit im asking about and just wanted to know if anybody here has herd good or bad about them that they could share or if this would work on these types of engines.

Having been a dealer for Perfect Power products and having offered tons of support for them, i would tell you to go with a MegaSquirt if you're looking for a cheap solution, since they can run the 2nd gen ignition system and there's reasonable rotary support in the MS forum.

But, i would go with a Haltech straight off, you'll get the benefit of a tried and true system that will properly run your car with excelent results.
