Oil for RX7 engine(help me)

I bought RX7 FD3s. I want to change oil in engine. Which type of oil you recommend me? Mileage is 90 000 km.

synthetic or non-synthetic 20W-50?

P.S. somebody recommend non-synthetic. and what you think?

go synthetic do a search and u will find that synthetic is the best way to go
