Exclamation NEO gets really warm!

So I just installed an apexi SAFC neo into my 91 na (upgraded from the SAFC II) + this thing gets really warm! What the hell? Anyone else have this problem? Or did I miss a ground/not connect it well enough?

No problems with it that I can tell. I went on a 100ish mi drive + it was just warmer than I though.
