which managment?
i just picked up a 88 turboII. currently not running but has a halfbridge and a single t70 turbo. I'm still a little new to rotaries but i've seen true monsters and want this bad boy on the road. james at JRP Performance in new jersey will be helping me with the rest of the build and he says i should go with an electromotive tec3. But that is ubber expensive and cant see putting that much into a street driven/track car. what are my other alternetives. i know the tec3 is great and it was on my friends race car (Dee Karagiannis) but his car is a little more hardcore.

You should use whatever EMS your tuner recommends. If you want to use a cheaper EMS, then you could simply look for a different tuner.
You may already know this, but the windshield and radiator need to be replaced in order to drive that car on the street. Given everything else that you will need to add to the car, I feel your pain on this project.

i'll check and see if he recommends anything different (cheaper).
i wish that was my car but it's my friends Dee's car. 1/4 mile only but puts it in the sevens. hmmmm going sevens in the seven.

See if he knows how to tune a Microtech EMS. It's the cheapest EMS that still works OK. The next step up is Haltech, AEM or Wolf. Other than that, you may as well just stick with Electromotive, as everything else will be either more expensive or too inferior.
Oh good, I thought you were going to get yourself into a $10K street refurb project when you could have just bought a decent street car for $4K lol.
Most excellent!
