J-spec TII engine harness to US wiring swap

J-spec TII engine harness to US wiring swap
I have an 89 TII but do not have the US engine wiring harness , but i have a complete j spec pullout with uncut harness . Can anyone tell me if this is a plug and play or will i have to swap pins in the harness at the computer.
Thanks any help would be great.
