Help setting inj lag times

Need a little help with setting up the lag times for my injectors. Iam running 550cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries, I was wondering if anybody knows what I should set the lag times for. Right now cars runs rich, it has the base map running.

Lag times? You mean the actuall pulsewidths in ms? There is no way we can tell you that because all cars vary too much in their setup. You just have to take some time and slowly lean out the map until you are happy.

Yea thats what I meant but I thought that you are supposed to set it according to the size of your inj. In the manual it gives you an example of how to set the ms according to the diffrence in the primary and secondary inj sizes.

Well, there very well may be a formula but I am not sure of what it is. I just used a base map from someone and then tweaked it to my setup. I am sure someone on the Haltech list will know, http://groups.yahoo.com and then search for Haltech (The big one).
