Fuel systems fittings
I have a fuel regulator that has an-8 intake and an-8 bypass. My question is can I get a fitting to downgrade the size to fit my 3/8 fuel lines or should I re do my whole fuel line set up? The fuel pump imma get is only an-6 so it's kinda hard to find a an8 mallory fuel pump that is for the rx7 79 versions for a dcoe Weber carbs set ups

Agreed. Just step down to your fuel line size. It will work fine. If you end up running enough power to need more fuel, you'd have to step up your fuel line size anyways.... but there are a LOT of cars making a lot of power on 3/8 and 5/16 (approx) fuel lines.

Next step that is hard to figure out maybe another place here talks about it. But imm need the stock pump to run the nikki carb.. will it hurt the nikki carb to have 3/8 fuel to the carb? Is there a "T" hose one way thing to hook the nikki carb return line to my bypass line of the regulator? I did find a connector to fit the 3/8(an-6) line for the 1/4 (an-4) on the regulator. Now the stock pump normally pushed gas thro a 5/16 line (an-8) So I was just wondering if the stock pump can handle pushing gas like that thro the 3/8 line?
Sorry for mix up on the An-# sizesbi had em wrong I think lol I think it's fixed. Lol
