FAQ for tuning a Haltech?

Is there any sort of FAQ out there that may have common problems and resolutions when working with a Haltech E6K? My car is running great, excpet that from a dead stop... engine idling perfectly at 750-780, when I take off... if I don't give it a lot of gas, she wants to die.

Since I'm a loser and didn't tune it to start out with... I'm looking for a starting place. Any help is appreciated.

send a e-mail to briandcain@home.com and ask to be added to the Haltech Help list, all support you'll ever need is available there.

I would say,try and richen up your accelerating maps(low rev range maps).
seems like your not getting enough fuel.
Also check your TPS if correct, that could cause it too.

Are you sure it is the programming? It sounds like a light flywheel kind of thing.

Is there any kind of hiccuping? Do you get any hiccups at other ranges?

I've been on the Haltech list since day one... and I have all of the digests from the list on my hard drive... but I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't something else out there. I've been lurking for so long, and only half assed paying attention to whats been said... so, you know

I haven't noticed any other hiccups at all... and this only happens when I take off really slow (which hasn't been too often here lately )

I have the stock flywheel.
