I asked this question on the efi pms
list with no replies so it must be a
stupid question but I'd like to know
why is it common to set the secondary
turbo 1 lb. more than the primary eg.
data set 1 - 10lb.-11lb.
2 - 12lb.-13lb.
3 - 14lbs-15lbs
Will this cause less spike at the transition ?

The way I understand it, the vent adjustment for each turbo is done at a psi setting. For example, to adjust the vent (boost pressure) to achieve the desired boost setting for the primary turbo in data set 1, you have to go into menu 9 to vent adjustment, scroll to 10 psi & adjust up or down to get your desired boost pressure. Same for the sec. turbo, except you adjust it at 11psi. Repeat for data set 2 at the 12 & 13psi points.
