Which ECU's pass emissions

Is it true that the Haltech cannot pass emissions? what about the PFC and the AEM?

It's not the fact if any stand-alone EMS can or cannot pass emission - they should ALL be able to pass a sniffer test if adjusted correctly.&nbsp It's a matter if you'll be able to pass a visual test; something Cali emissions are religious about.

Technically, ANY component that is able to adjust fuel and/or ignition is "illegal", which includes ALL stand-alone EMS units.
