Hi guys. I have an '89 GXL N/A stock, and for some odd reason my coolant from the overflow tank won't feed into the radiator neck. I have been filling up my coolant by opening the cap and pouring it in everytime the buzzer would come on. Its a hassle. I have no other way to describe this but what is the cause of the overflow tank to not feed into the neck of my radiator? No suction? And my tank serm to be the same level it necer went down and it is full. Seems like my water pump is in working order.

And the radiator burns through coolant normally. And I do not get any white smoke coming out the back end.

Either the line from the radiator to the bottle is leaking or your radiator cap is defective. If all is well with those to 2, the auto siphon function will pull up coolant from the reservoir.

^^Agreed. Rent a pressure tester from Autozone, pump it up and check for leaks. Also test your pressure cap.

Also check that the plastic tube that runs down from the cap is firmly attached and has no cracks in it.
