convince me.....

im having trouble deciding between haltech and pfc (seems like everyone is)
im going to be running my car at high altitude (7258 ft ASL) as well as down in TX. i was told the pfc has not been tested at altitudes this extreme and i might experience problems while the haltech has constant barometric pressure compensation and all. i know the issue with the oil metering pump, but i think i could handle buying a 2-cycle premix oil. basically ive done my research but am still hung up on 2 things (that i can think of right now)

ease of pfc installation and cost of haltech makes me want to lean towards pfc....but its not as flexible as the haltech.

which is the easiest to tune??
i hear pfc you work with percentages and see that your injectors are at 80% or their efficiency and stuff.......how easy is it to manipulate and tune things with the haltech????
i know im working with bars and graphs but please go further in depth with what im dealing with.

and by god....argue and try and convince me which will make my car run better and smoother both for now when im sequential and later when i go single....
should i take the pfc as a stepping stone to the haltech?

any and all advice, comments, and whatever else is welcome

thanks in advance
