Compairisons of Stand Alone ECU's?
Does anyone have a list of functions and capabilities of the ECU's out there? Like processor speed... etc.
The specific ones I am looking for is Haltech, Wolf, Motec M4, M8, SDS, Tec II , Tec III.
Thanks,

You can also check out the manufacturer sites and compare for yourself.

The info on the Wolf 3D (http://www.200sx.org/ecudata.html)
is based on version 3 and is not complete/correct.
The Wolf version 3 has:
Built in datalogin (not optional)
Fuel Correction Maps or Factors: Coolant Temp, Air Temp, Closed Throttle (bridge port/periph) , Battery Volts, Cold Start, Throttle Pump.
Close loop operation
Aux out configurable for: Aux in, Throttle position, Manifold pressure, RPM (VTEC control, shift light etc.), Idle control, coolant temp etc.
This output also can be configured for negative or positive output.
It is best to check the website for more accurate info on the Wolf V3.

Doing side-by-side comparisons is not often a good indicator of which system is better.  When it comes down to it, they all will work.  The units effectiveness is more a measure of the installer and tuner of those systems.
You can argue all you want that a 32-bit 66MhZ CPU is faster than an 8-bit 16MHz CPU, but I doubt you can tell any difference in engine control, with the exception of datalogging speeds.
I used to have a direct comparison of Haltech versus Electromotive versus Wolf, but I took it down cause it just caused a lot of confusion.
You're better off tell us what kinda budget you got and your background in tuning systems - we can give you a better suggestion on what systems will meet your needs this way.
