Cleaning up wires...

I just got a PFC and am runing no sequential, i was wondering if i can remove the wires from the wiring harness that go to the removed solenoids?

I have the wiring harness out so i might as well get rid of it all the way up to the connector

i was going to try that but then it almost seemed that it would be more trouble then its worth. My harness had about 97k on it and things just crack and the job seem like it was going to be harder then i expected. But i have seen a website on a how to but i never could find it again.
