I need to get my 1983 rx7 inspected so i can take a safe driving class to get rid of a speeding ticket i got. The only problem is, i have no catalytic converter. Does anyone know of a place that I can bribe to pass the car in Charlotte NC?

 

dude just go buy a universial cat and weld it in they coast like 50 bucks and as for bribing some one good luck cause if they get caught they loose there licence and a massive fine
