Best ECU Upgrade for your 7???

What is the best Aftermarket ECU to get for an RX-7? Do ECU's decrease the reliability of a RX-7? Plese Reply ASAP

im in the same boat as you are. I think im gonna go straight for a power FC, cuz its a ecu, and a fuel contol on one. You wont have to worry about remaping ur ecu in the future and keep wasting your time. I think its worth the investment.

The one that your local friends and/or speed shops use. No offense, but if you don't have the technical background to make a decision based on the manufacturers' information, then you should probably just check with your local speed shop and work out a purchase/install/tune package deal. It is usually more expensive if you buy an ECU from one distributor, and then have another party install and/or tune it.

An ECU does what it is programmed to do. If programmed for ultra high-performance, your reliability will decrease. If programmed for reliability, your engine will last at least as long as it would with the stock ECU. If programmed incorrectly, it could blow your engine to pieces.
