I will get it tuned at PF Supercars in Maryland, very good tuner and they have lots of experience.
THe Budget
Trying to stay below 700
The plan
Im drifting the car so i want it to be set at around 10psi or so. i wouldnt mind just having one setting so i dont want to spend the extra money on a boost controler or anything...

See if Attila the Fun will sell one of his TEC II units. PFS tuned his car, so they should have no trouble tuning yours. Normally it isn't such a great idea to get a used EMS, but in this case it is from a very reliable source, and it will be nearly impossible for you to get near your desired budget with a new EMS. The main downside is that you would need to add a 2-coil DFU to the 3-coil DFU, or replace the 3-coil DFU with two 2-coil DFU's, but it may still be worth it if the pricing is good enough.
