What are the the s4 steering knuckles made of?

Hello everyone, i have an s4 fc vert and I was wondering what the steering knuckles are made of, ive spent god knows how long all over the forum and cant find anything most i found was in here.

https://www.rx7club.com/drifting-226/steering-knuckle-mod-moar-angle-766836/

I looked for over an hour through that thread only to get some vague answers and didn't even get HALFWAY through that thread.

The most ive seen people say is they're "cast" but theres cast steel and cast iron, so which one is it?

I assume most likely cast iron since thats what the engine irons are made of as well, but not safe to assume since they're steering knuckles. So i would please like some straight answers , no bs please, im here for the info.

Also, has anyone used
www.driftknuckles.com
They look pretty good.

I make knuckles for FC with extended tie rod and lower ball joint adapter.

one of my guys running my kit has won every event he’s attended in his FC. @harrisondrifterkid on IG. I don’t know if many people are still producing knuckles for these cars let alone any that are proven to get you on the box

they’re cast iron

dm me on IG if you’d like more info @RX7Factory

Awesome thank you, I'll probably end up buying some or just getting an angle kit since it makes more sense financially as i only have a mig welder.
