California trip 2011 "Visting My little Brother"
Day 4
We headed to Battle Cat's house in Gardena for a legit block party, Ate the best homemade Ceviche that his mom made and checked out his scraper.
We went to Hermosa Beach then LA, We slid around alittle at this spot. Considering it was in the Middle of downtown but not a single person seemed to ever go down there it made for some interesting pictures.
One of the better pictures I took
On the way back to his place he gave us a tour of Compton and we watch fireworks for 30mins while driving on the highway which was pretty rad. We did a ton of other **** that day but I forget.

California trip 2011 "Visting My little Brother"
Day 5
We headed to Palomar mountain which is a local moutian pass that he drives frequently whenever he needs alittle spirited driving.
Me heading down on alittle grip and slip run
Day 6
I went surfing again and we chilled untill we had to go to the airport. So in 6 days we put 1,058 miles on his car, His clutch master/slave went out on the way back to the airport probally from me clutch kicking on the Moutian the day before. And his front lip went from brand new condition to looking like this.
Fun trip GOOD TIMES memories, thats whats life is about
P.S. he fixed the master slave and is shredding down the moutian again, hurt some guy in a GT3 Porche feelings and fucked up the body more .

the yellow is to hard to match perfect plus i think it would have made the interior to busy/ricey. I SERIUOSLY considered doing the cage yellow but when i swap wheels i dont want to have to respary the cage im to lazy. The cage color was a big debate but im glad i did the blue.

Import Alliance 2011 Nashville
Made the 6.5 hr drive to Nashville wasnt a bad drive minus the Kentucy roads and bit of a rain storm which gets alittle sketchy without windsheild wipers and on race tires.
I was excited to drive a new track
I got one lap and the car died weird .On the way down while ramping thur kentuckey my tire must have chewed the zip ties that has my main engine harness tucked up all nice and neat in the front wheel well. So in this picture my front wheel is probally raping the **** out of my harness COOL! .
Trying to stay hydrated. So after working on the car in the pits for 4 hours in my fire suit we gave up. I REALLY REALLY thought that i was gonna get back on track no big deal. Problem seemed minor.
HUGE THANKS TO HERBLENNY and JASONW these dudes seriously helped me try and get back on track for a few of the hours. JASONW basicly had an entire FD in spare parts with him for his trip to IA. I had never met either of them before then and they both went out of their way to help me. thanks guys

I decited that i would walk around alittle and enjoy the rest of the show and look at some of the other cars and vendors. I saw alot of the tipical trends and some really well build machines. But for me there was one car that stole the show. I dont really care about begillion dollor builds or mod lists. For a car to really stand out to me it needs to have personality. This is my favorite car of the weekend. I usually lean toward track cars but **** it. Also heres a link for a feature on this 1971 CS http://www.stanceworks.com/2011/07/c...k-1971-bmw-cs/
This is where my car sat broken the rest of the weekend until TRACK ONE came to the rescue and trailered the car to there shop.
Thanks to Mike TRACK ONE Zusin and Nick Thomas for giving my car a temporary home in the back woods of Tennessee.

On the way home back to Ft. Wayne my buddy that i caravaned down with let me drive his RHD JDM Type R. This car was fun as hell and is getting ready to get rebuild into a rad grip car.
ALL in ALL not a bad weekend some time **** happens so make the best of it.

The Track is a very nice NASCAR facility with top notch people running it. The track layout seemed really fun even for one lap. I honestly felt like after my car shut down and I spun I was ready to get back inline and get stupid with the frist entry. 3rd maybe 4th if you drag lanched it and had the power then long *** ebrake drag/ footbrake late apex after that it is pretty much auto pilot on power thru the next 3 clips. I was pretty bummed that I didnt get to show people the FD throwing down and change the stigma that only S chasiss slide. On the way getting towed back to my pit area I had no joke aleast 20 people TELL ME "apex seal bro apex seal, hey bro bro apex seal, dude apex seal, bro bro its an apex seal" they all weirdly sounded similar. LOL na just harness and fucked electronics possibly.
haha LMAO yes now I can put a bike rack on my car like all those cali ******** (Battle Cat) jk hahahaaa I actually think Import Allaince was worse i never really cared about bike racks but **** i saw some dumb *** **** there. For some reason i dont mind racks on VW's when they have a keg and a spair BBS RS on it but civic's with a walmart mountian bike **** that looks like ****. But if you ACTUALLY ride it then whateves.
But sence you brought up bikes my 1976 FUJI SPORTS 10 gonna keep it simple, remove rear brake reflectors and change to single speed. Its in amazing condition and freshly rebuilt not goin fixie, gonna do it vintage but simplified or might just keep it as is. Who knows who cares ive also constiered selling it to get a 20" so i can start riding trails agian.
