That's what I was thinking, just want like 200~ for now. Till I can build it later.
this all souunds great guys seriously. Im glad I started this thread. I didnt want to give up on the brotary just yet. I know that if you build it right its great. Ive heard good things about the two brands of seals so far. Keep the info comming yo.
Let us know how it turns out. Ive seen vids of rotaries running 7sec at over 30psi. Thats gotta be more than 500hp.

Well ive said the same thing and look at what everyone else is recomending. his engine s still going and he did his a long time ago. Idk what seals he is using and he has closse to 400hp on it. Idk if he still drives it hard. i know he used to Gymkana with it and some drags. Talk to him. it wouldnt hurt. the 13bt swap is a hell of an undertaking it self. Not only does the engine go in but the transmission the diff the brakes driveshaft and idk what else. Although mazdaspeed makes a turbo to na driveshaft. that may be worth your while if you go that route. where do plan on getting the 13bt from? A friend or jdm sellers?
Let's talk about rotor housings for a sec. Consider this. My car has a little over 30k miles on it. The rear rotor cracked one apex seal because on the poor man comp test I did I got two 30s and a 90. The front bounded from 85-90. I don't think I completely blew up that rear seal since it's still gives off some sort if reading.
Originaly I was planning on getting new rotor housings. Perhaps it's the consumer in me speaking but new sounds better than used to me. It suggest durability to me. How do you guys think my current rotor housings are though? I know there are some variables involved but what's your guys opinion on this?

Well that all depends on how you have treated it. You need the t2 tranny if you are going to swap. Idk how much boost na trans can take.

That's why I thought I to do just a 13Bt swap. Engine, Trans, and ECU. And I want to do and S4 TII diff swap before all that, then have a full TII pretty much.

factory springs are still the best avail. RA sells you the factory springs as there "Race" upgrade. the springs they make are not good enough for the high heat turbo applications.
