The OFFICIAL post pics of your Drift Car thread:

Hi all
I've been here for a little while but not really posted as my Rex has been off the road. Not sure where to say hello so here's as good a place as any!
I've had the 'yellow banana' for a couple of years as a track and fast road car. I always enjoyed going sideways more than forwards so did a drift day in it. This is a mate driving unfortunately!
I blew the engine at silverstone soon after and its been off the road since. In october last year I bought my first drift car (excuse the non-rx7 but wanted to show what I've done ):
Wrapped it around a tree a few months later and got this that I abused heavily learning the ropes:
The s13 was falling to bits and I wanted to enter the British Drift championships so I got this (picture is round 3 of the championships):
I've just got stuck into sorting the Rex for skidding so hopefully will be back on the road soon and doing the championships next season.

Nice one, thanks for that. It looks stunning. Did you find you needed the rear toe arms to keep zero (or whatever you run) rear toe when it was lowered? or were they just to eliminate bushes? I'm just rebuilding mine and trying to sort out whats needed.

Anybody have any info on this 7? Trying to find wheel size/offset and tire size.
And also, think those over fenders are 30mm/35mm?
I'll have to post up pics of my drift FC once I get it, :p My current T2 is going RE/bridge/gt42r.

i been trying to get mines sideways for a while now and i must say it sucks with a t70, so much lag i have to stay in low gear and at high rpms to keep my drift steady, now if i 45mph power overs i am strait i can keep my drift now anything below 30mph , under 4k rpm, and 2nd gear will just lag too much
as much as i say it i still think the stock hitachi turbo is the best bet on a streetported motor
