No. Four bolts hold the flange on the pinion to the differential. Take them out and the front end slips outta the tail of the transmission.

Thumbs down

I had this happen to me a while back, except mine broke at the U-joint on the tranny side and it slapped, and broke my shift linkage.

theres a small section of housing with a bar that links your shifter to the gear box (at the rear section of the gear box) have you ever looked at one?

There's some **** on fx right now about Danny Devito talking about trading fish for fish and sick thai people and 2 dudes talking about tokyo drifters and big trouble in little china. Haha.

Anywho, n/a driveshafts are retarded light. You could link 2 together and have a really fast ninja nunchukka type **** going on!

Hmm. I know what i'm doing tomorrow.

Yes that may be the specific name for the part but it is still shift linkage, pretty much anything with a manual transmission has shift linkage. I don't even understand why that specific was brought up when you knew what I was talking about. Most likely because of my newbness to this club, but just to let you know I have five years exp. with FC3S's alone.

lol dont take it personal. and i personally dont care about your newbness and ****. and i really didn't know what you were talking about. ive read funny things on this forums that amazes me. people who want to put b16's in their fc, people who said the rx7 doesn't have a rotary, that it has a wankel. anyways dont take anything personal in the drifting section, we're all cool and like nitpicking ****

i think larry had some weird lense effect going. they're BIG but only 275/35's.
i usually stay true to 235/40's in fear of breaking drivetrain components (and having no power) but they were old, and free so i burned them! haha
damn BALLLA breaking KOUKI tails!

I couldn't agree with u more 235/40 are perfect but ya free tires are free tires just run 75psi to keep them spinning when there that big LOL as for breaking the kouki tails i pretty much fucked up the nicest exterior piece on the car when i did that.
