IL how to build a drift machine the cheap bastard way

i pick up a 91 convertible that was not running for 850. I thought i would be able to flip it as in sell it for more that i got it for unfortunately the car is too rusty and nobody wants to buy it . so i have decided to make my winter beater/drift machine . my goal is to build it like a cheap bastard and not spend more than 800 dollars . So far i got it running its has 160k miles but the motor is in really good condition, it has great compression. all that was wrong with it was that the main fuse box cables that come from the battery were backwards.

this is the list of thing i need to fix
* fixed brakes all around
*get the smell of mold out of the car ewww
*prep and remove some of the rust
*fix headlight/ convert to projectors
*get new fender
*fix stock radio
*fix the 5th and 6th ports
*new motor and trans mount???

Things i need to buy/mod for my drift machine
*tie rod spacers
*angle mod
*get diff welded
*get top strut bars
*get four wheel steering eliminator bushings
*make a roll bar ??
*custom lip
*side skirt
*paint job?
*E fan
*cheap clutch line upgrade
and much more

now that i look at the list hopefully i can do all this for 800 lol let me know what you guys think
