Good idea! And I bought it from Zerolift. Not bad guys to deal with and they were decently priced. Just shop around and see who deals the most successful rotary engines. Looking back ( even though my motor seems ok right now) I wish I would have taken alittle more time looking for a motor. I basically bought the first one I found hahaha

How did you like the trigger kit? I had a hell of a time getting an old ms2 to recognize any rpm signal. But I was looking at the same setup as you ms3 with a trigger kit.

The kit is awesome! Bolted right up with no issues and read rpm signal immediately! I would recommend it for sure. The owner is also a super cool dude

Yeah, that's me. I did have a Miata. That was like 4 cars ago already though lol.

I've had 2 S13's, a Subaru, and now my Corolla since I sold the Miata.

Ok so i havent posted anything on here in forever and im not dead yet so i figured i should let everyone know! I have a few pictures and stuff that havent been posted and i also have a bit of a surprise for everyone...

My motor did start and i tried to post the video but for some reason videos from Photobucket dont load on here so ill just explain what happened. I couldnt get the motor to start even with the FFE trigger kit and it was finally reading RPM perfectly. I went to sleep that day and when i woke up in the morning i had an epiphany. i had the cranking RPMs to high and for MS to even attempt to do anything the motor has to reach those RPMs. I lowered it and boom started right up. Runs like absolute dog crap but it started. Would run at 10:1 and then shoot to 15:1 and i would cut the motor. I believe it was because i had a few sensors unplugged for initial start up. But all i needed to know is that it would start. so there is that... now for pictures. Here are a few of the wheels and stuff...

I bought a vert and i swapped everything over from the gold car to the vert! Im pretty stoked on the vert. These are old pictures but the car is pretty much rolling and almost driving. Only things left to do as of right now is mount the radiator, intercooler, and oil coolers , Fill the motor with fluids, bleed the brakes, wire the car and thats it. im alot closer with this car then i was with the gold car. Ignore any gay stickers on the car...there are quite a few. Also it sucks that this is like this but the s5 tails are smoked so ill be using the ones off the hatch (yes i know they are different)

So there has been a big change. If your like "what the hell he did all this work to the hatch!" I know....its actually kinda annoying that i did but the hatch was really rusty and i always wanted a vert so i saved this one for really cheap and its in really good shape. As you can see from the V-mount setup i changed my setup alittle bit. I took the style on the vert from JTP and his Rebound car. Its alittle nicer and doesnt look ridiculous. I know the Verts are heavier but once i get a cage im going to strip the car pretty good so no worries on that. Also as you can see my cars arent o my driveway anymore. Im renting this warehouse space which is awesome cause there is so much room! the car is extremely close to driving and literally no one besides some friends knew about the vert so yeah. this is why im taking so long! ill try to keep up with the updates now!

I have been working on the car slowly but surely. I am all finished with the v-mount besides some coating/touch up paint/ and the ducting. As of right now i am doing all the final wiring on the Megasquirt and chassis. Here are some pictures of the v-mount and stuff. i will be posting more stuff of the wiring when i get to it!

Here are some pictures of the angle without hammering the fender wells. It hits everything...

I have a depowered rack with Mazdatrix Super Steering Angle kit thing. With DCW knuckles and outer tie rod extensions. Also have DCW extended S4 lower control arms. everything is super sweet and the car has tons of angle for an FC!

DCW is here in Florida. Super cool dude! Hit him up on Facebook and tell him I sent you! Look him up at DCW "Dan Chilton Welding". He has a super sweet FC and all his parts are on my car! They are pretty rad.
