Super stoked to get the bay all cleaned up and my newest decision to go v mount right away... next is to clear the rest of the bay and interior. also doing the whole chassis harness to so i have some work ahead. Here is some pictures of the motor coming out.

One n/a and one blobby haha

Great idea to whoever made this exhaust one piece!

Make sure you post some pics of what you do for a vmount setup im curious to see how you set it up. I want to do one as i had to take my bumper off because i was only getting about half the air flow to the intercooler and started seeing some higher temps then i would like. Now my widebody aero kit does not look complete

Small updates here. I have been doing more collecting of parts then working on the car

Finally started on the interior. I want to get the whole interior stripped along with the bay so i can start the wiring. Yay for cars!!

Also got the sunroof out. Thank the dearest lord jesus for no rust around the roof. but my car makes up for it in other places...

I bought the Pineapple Racing stand adapter and its actually pretty nice. Also got the s5 OMP block off plate.

and here is some super sweet stuff from Dan Chilton at DCW! The quality of these parts is sicckkkkk! Also bought the Mazdatrix super steering angle kit so hopefully it will have stock s13 angle now

Some tig practice! first time ever trying it...

thats it right now! figured i should atleast update something! im going directly over to my buddies house to work on it today, hopefully ill get some stuff done now. peaceeee

Havent had an update in forever! Sorry about that! Not really working out for me at the new home for the car so im basically trying to get it back to rolling so i can bring her home. As you know already the front end is completely apart. i wanted to get everything out of the way as suspension for the front goes so i can prep the motor to go in. Heres a couple pictures of stuff im working on to get it going.

Here she is. im taking the LCAs off along with the steering rack.

Got my new bushings and i was planning on extending the LCAs so heres som pictures of the clean up process.

I pulled a s13 for these.......

first cleaning process

Then i hit it with some Aluminum etch to prep them for welding.

The one on the left is with one coat of etch and the right is just parts washer.

Finished cleaning!

Why didnt you just get s4 lca's and extend the ball joints? Seems like it could be easier and cheaper.
