Drift knuckles/More Angle
I'm actually wondering if anyone has bought the Unicorn angle kit for FD RX7's offered by a few websites like DRIFTHQ and https://www.driftknuckles.com/produc...drift-knuckles
My car does slide fairly well however it's incredibly shallow and I've never met anyone else drifting an FD around due to the fact most are too scared to wreck.
I can but I feel like I'm really more or less power sliding than actually drifting. If I attempted to push to too hard It's totally unrecoverable and I might as well just embrace it and spin around and try again. (I've gotten really good at that hahaa)
I'm totally willing to try but the idea of the brake caliper hitting the lower control arm kinda scares me. Do you guys just live with it and try to not use ALL the angle, or does the brake caliper just hit the arm and stop the rack?
You got some kind of rack stop to prevent it? I mainly don't wanna go for it and then slap the brake caliper clean off or totally destroy the entire steering rack/tie tods from bending/breaking.
Or should I just throw it all out the window and just buy inner tie rods w/spacers and call it day.
I've got coil overs btw just an add in incase others were worried about clearance.
TLDR: Buy the full kit,buy only rods and spacers, git good?
