duct tape makes the handle sticky. i made my own drift **** too. i work at a machine shop, so i just turned it on the lathe, and then tapped it for my ebrake. works awesome. i do like the penny mod.

Penny wasn't working out to well. My handle has some plastic thing in the end and that along with the penny went flying messing with it (going to have some fun in the next hour or so after i remove lo.se items from the car and gas up). I took a pedal cap that fell off my bike and jammed it in there. Problem solved. I'll do a write up in this thread just incase you guys have the same style handle i do and want to be a cheap ***.

That's pretty trick.
Used lathes are rather cheap if you buy manual ones. Hell even new ones from china are cheap....probably not as durable but i want one so i can make cool trinkets like that.
Anyway here's my gay ****.
See bmx bike? See fc? Good. Lets combine and happy.
Technically any 9/16" spindle pedals should work. I didn't take a picture of the cap itself but it's got a ridge that fits inside the pedal and a recess to keep it locked in there. Mine fell out of the other pedal because i do pedal grinds.... A flathead or pick usually works to get these out.
Push it in. It's a bit of a smaller bore then the pedal it's suppose to fit in so it wont fly out. I took this halfway into beating it onto the handle with a hammer. Lol. It's not cool, clean, smooth or anything but it gets the job done no frills.
