Complete FC suspension

My suspension on my FC is all out of wack(bent controls arms, tie rods, ect.) and I was just wondering is there was a place that sells everything I would need to compleatly revamp the suspension all around the car? Coilovers, upper/lower control arms, tie rods, am I missing anything important?

What would an ideal set up consist of for both daily driving, and the ocasional skid pad??

Thanks!

I have all the replacement arms for fc.

There arent any aftermarket setups readily available. Everything is custom - FCs dont have double wishbone suspension setups. If you need trailing arms and front control arms and tie rods message me.

AWR Racing and Mazdatrix would have pretty much everything you need.

What do you think I'll need? What are the things that are popularly changed/upgraded?

Aside from coilovers, control arms, and tie rods, you should be looking into sway bars, strut bars, rear camber adjuster link, complete bushing set, DTSS eliminator bushing.... I may have missed a few things here, feel free to add in.

If you intent to do roll bar or roll cage, then don't get the rear strut bars.

There are a bunch of chassis enhancement stuff that can be done to benefit the suspension... ultimately it depends on what you want to achieve.

I use the one from Level Zero Motorsports, they are a vendor on the forum as well, so I would encourage supporting them!

Ditched mine. I'm even n/a. I felt a pretty noticeable difference with the rear removed. It made my car less twitchy in transitions. Its like i never spin now haha I still need toe elims.

I'm just messing around. There are no upper control arms on FC. Front camber is adjusted with aftermarket camber plates that come with most coilover setups. Rear camber can be adjusted in two places with aftermarket adjustable links.

Here's the link that tilts the subframe.
RX7 1986-1992: Suspension - Components: Rear Suspension Camber Adjuster - 86-92 RX-7 -

Here's the pair of links that tilt each trailing arm.
Camber Adjusters - Rear Control Arm - 1986-1992 RX-7 - AWR Racing Store

Read this thread:

Seems like you need the big link and the pair of smaller links to get to 0* rear camber (desired, IMO) with a pretty low car.

I have some suspension components on my website, www.j-auto.net, like bushings, camber bars, adjustable toe links. I carry much more than whats on my website including OEM Mazda parts. Shoot me an e-mail or PM me if you need anything.
