Changing the LCA pivot location

Figured this would be the best place to post this since the fc section is full of non-suspension modded ***** lol.
Wondering what you guys think about this?

Picture is from supernow's website, this pic has been stuck in my mind.
Im thinking it makes alot of sense on a slammed car, Just curious if anyone has done it here.

8.3.2 Suspension Design
The basic OEM suspension design type may be freely modified. The original
suspension mounting “pick-up points” must remain in the stock, unmodified
location.
im pretty sure that means just what you are talking about

on a street car, slamming a car will fuckup the roll center, and that is a very good way to help correct that, but not on a fd or proam car

Hmm forgot that the rear pivot point wont be able to change, so this would also affect the tilt? of the arm.

I would just have a new rear bushing made from delrin but with the hole off center closer to the subframe. That would probably be the easiest way to relocate the rear so that you don't have caster change upon compression. Definitely a good mod for low cars.

You could technically remove some of the metal from the chassis for clearance and raise/lower pickup points as you see fit.

However, formula d rules state "our strict policy is gayer than aids and you can't do that ****, mang".
