Well the restrictor didnt work....SO whats my problem...
Took the turbo off to look if it was damaged and noticed a boat load of oil in the exhaust housing. I then started up the car and more oil was evident in the housing...WTF!!! really.
I did a super mild port job without cutting at all into the center of the port. The oil control rings are brand new and have been installed correctly. Im losing hope here...please help.

When reved up it smokes a little. I also did a compression test and it came back as 125 rear 120 front. Looks Im just gonna put a few street miles on her and trailor it up to Ray @ PFsupercars in about a month or so. Car should be fully ready for the summer events and thats what I wanted. I still have not installed a turbo restrictor due to having the wrong fittings. This should also help my situation.

Learned a ton, but im far from an engine builder. There are a lot of little things I probably should have done and didnt. I did learn a lot from taking her a part 4 times. I would like to still pick up another 13b-rew short block and start from scratch.
What is the ideal 13b set up? Im talking about which rotors are best, housings, ect.... see, Im still very noob to this game.

idk if FD's have the filler neck with the 2 vent ports coming off, but i know if both are blocked off with vacuum caps it will smoke like it's blown, as well as blow excessive oil into the exhaust...
if you have a catch can setup look into it. you may just have excessive crankcase pressure.

I was getting fed up with my FC but after seeing all the work you did with your car I'm gonna suck it up and fix my own car.
Thanks for the inspiration!
