Cloudy Windshield

What do you guys use to clean it? I tried almost everything I can find at pep-boys and autozone with no luck! I even tried 409 and windex, same ****

grease remover and a razerblade then follow up with windex and then wax only the outside

you can also try a claybar, worked for me.
