Advice on some Dents

So my RX7 has some dents. I knew they were there and accepted that. Well it has started to bug me enough that I want to get rid of them.

Of course the "easiest option" would be to get a professional to fix them up, but I'm low on money, but have lots of time. So I want to fix them myself.

I have tried the "hair dryer then upside compressed air trick", but to no avail. I'm pretty sure I had it heated enough since it started to smell a bit.

My question is, how should I tackle this dent. I haven't really worked with dents much ( got some dents out of the hood of my CRX and that's about it), but I'm willing to learn and do something myself.

But first a picture of the dent in question.

It seems like since its kind of on the door jam and the crease (area where paint is chipped) is dented in it wouldn't pop out with the C02 method. My dilemma is that I'm not sure how to access this dent from behind to hit it out. I'm actually pretty certain that you can't access it from behind. So how would I pull it out from the outside?

Bondo has their suction cup thingys, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't work. Does anyone know of any suction or glue type puller that would work? I would preferably like to get rid of this dent without drilling.

If it would come down to drilling, what tool besides the drill and bit (obviously) would I need to pull it out?

Also I'm not worried about the paint since I got some primer and sunrise red to paint over areas worked on. I'm happy with my car just being generally the same color (different shades of red here and there). but sunrise red should match.

Here is another area. Its not just paint missing, but it seams like a chunk is gone. Like either a chunk fell off or they have thick layers of paint. What should I do with this area?

Final problem area (until I find more). I slight high spot. When the car was dropped hella low (has been raised now) I'm pretty sure a bump caused the tire to hit the fender or something and cause this high spot. Seems pretty straight forward what I should do. Just hit it down? Tips on that.

So yeah, tips tricks, advice?

Thanks.

btw, is this in the right area, I thought this would fit under "restoration"

Also, mods, If my pictures are too big I'll gladly resize them.

get your self a stud gun and a slide hammer for the first pic, they are about 120 bucks at harbor freight. the second pic, its got mud in it, grind it back until your mud isnt just falling off, then rework the area with mud and respray it. im not sure what your trying to point out in the last pic.
