I was thinking just a 3X5 card or something sizewise like that with the year of the car and model and the owners forum/real name.... but I could really go for some hot umbrella girls and a glossy 9X11 version!!!

It would be nice if that were true though.

That's one heavy trophy! There might be an issue with getting the previous years winner to give it up the following year too.

LOL! That would be quite heavy!

I do like the award/people choice idea... How about we vote to see who wants to be featured in this years Event Video at the event? Instead of a trophy and such...

At this point I have not received any new graphics from anyone so, the name tag design remains unchanged since the last pic of it I posted. If you guys want to make a change let me know. If you want me to try it with another graphic then supply it to me in a small jpeg and I will give it a shot.

3X5 Cards it is. Small, simple, and easier on everyone. Phil, I will pick up enough packs of these, and I will be at the event early so we can pass these out when people get their nametags. A couple of people should be available to help fill these out [who have legible handwriting]. LOL

Hey Tina, I will be there helping with the name tags, so we can just make these part of the registration. I have good penmanship.

And Jason, I thought Jeremy was going to get something to you for the name tags. I will call him again and see what he says.

That sounds great!

Jason,

What do you need from Jason? Can you open EPS file?
If so, I'll email you what Jeremy email me for the shirts.

Ill see what I can cook up tonight for a small dragon graphic based on the original on the shirt we can also use the US 129 sign on there too. So have one on each side of the text thats in the middle across the top.

Allright, I got some graphics from PureMdMa. As you can see I don't have a lot of space to work with because the names will take up the majority of the tag and the lunch paid sticker will also take up a bit of space. The actually seem to print ok. The graphics don't come out looking as clean as they do here but they are ok.

Yeah im liking that, just dont know if we need the rotor with DGRR 2007 in it. Its a little redundant with the 129 DGRR one. What do you guys think.

I was actually thinking the same but, I'm afraid it will look off balance if I have two things on one side and one on the other.

Edit* although.... the lunch label thing is pretty big. hmmm

much better!

I hate to say this.. but we should only give these to those who have purchased a T-shirt!

Others could just hand write onto a paper name tag stickers.. The reason I say is because I or others need to differentiate those who paid and those who havent. Also This way I don't have to get a wrist band.

Which means, you could just eliminate the "affix lunch label here".

I was planning on printing the lunch paid stickers in red so they would stand out and be easy to spot on the name tag; then just giving you the pre-printed roll of labels to hand them out with the shirts. If you only want to give tags to shirt buyers.. you da' boss but, that means someone will have to man the computer and make sure that only shirt buyers get name tags. It may slow down the shirt distribution a quite a bit.

Your the boss Phil. Let me know your final decision and I will make it so.

I was thinking something like this for the lunch paid sticker ( in red of course). I'd prefer a graphic of a Turbo though instead of a rotor... I just don't have one handy. Keep in mind also that this image is not to scale. It will be about 1"w x .5" tall.

Well, usually it takes 15sec - 1 min looking for the size shirts and such.. During this time, they could type in their name and print the sticker out. I think it will be simpler to just provide this service to those who are supporting the event by purchasing the T-shirts which sponsors have donated their money so we could have this event..

Also, small red dots on the sticker on a red shirt will be hard to see.

Thanks again for your help Jason!

Jason, they look great. I like having a logo on them, like I did last year. And printing them onsite will be great. Thanks for getting them together. I will see you up there to help out with them.

Sorry the logos arent more horizontal but since they were for the shirts thats the way they are. The tags still look good though.

Looks good, but doesn't 'MAZDA' need to be removed from the interstate 129 sign for legal reasons. I don't want anyone getting in trouble
