I need input! ASAP!!
Alright guys.. those of you interested in going to dinner/banquet on Saturday need to tell me what you guys want to do..
We could either pay $15 at Fontanna for dinner or goto local restaurant 100 yards away for $10.
Good thing about having at Fontanna is that its right inside the hotel and no one has to walk anywhere.... and I don't have to pay in advance.
Other place, I need to collect the money now, and pay them in advance.
So, voice your opinions here. I need to decide about dinner by next month..
Also, T-shirt sales will begin sometime next month... I'm still trying to lock in 1 or 2 more sponsors..

Whichever is easier for you, Phil! Seems to me that would be one thing more to worry about... so if one is better than the other for convenience now as well as later, then we should go with that.
The one at Fontanna would be more logical, so we wouldn't have to find parking altogether, as well as have someone worry with collecting the $$ ahead of time for dinner.
What would we be eating at either place?
The Fontanna is also better because some people may have change of plans and either decide last minute to come, or not be able to go at all, and this would be one more thing people would lose money over for the event if they had to cancel.

I can go either way but, I would like to point out that the wildwood grill is actually in Fontana village. For anyone staying in a cabin it's probably actually closer than the Fontana restaurant (right across the street from my cabin last year). I wouldn't mind saving $10.00 either. I suppose the biggest issue is payment in advance. It's up you Phil.

As of now, I need to talk to couple of more vendors and If I could get them, this years DGRR should be good to go. I'm going to pick up some camera mounts and we'll document the event and show some videos after the event! Also T-shirt sales will begin in next couple of weeks. I need to lock in the vendors first...

Collecting $ is flat out going to be a pain for you. I'm down with the $15. If some people want to dine else where, they have that option. I'd say keep it easy.
FYI, My car will be running with a camera mount as well. I can get you the footage while we are there if you like.

Awesome! As time gets closer, I'm going to ask everyone who's bringing a digital cam.
Obviously I can't get everyone's footage, but would like to get few..
I'll bring my laptop and 3 x extra external HDs.. I'm hoping to get as much footages and pics from everyone!
As of now, I am just going to go with Fontana.. since it seems like everyone is cool with paying $15 for dinner..

Wow! 50% off if we pre-pay?? Thats insane! Can you tell me who you talked to at the Fontana?? I've talked to some woman who claimed she was the manager and did not give me that option.
