I can almost hardly contain myself.

Anyone else??

I know this year will be great (again). Everyday I wake up and drudge to work I think "DGRR is only a few months away"

Soon that will be "Only a few days away!!"

Hopefully the Cabin 1016 crew will set new levels of debauchery this year.

Keep your radios turned up to 11.

Oh, and then I think-

Damn, I have to dismount those tires on the vert rims. Strip them, polish them, paint them, and put new tires on.

Damn, I have to get a pop rivet gun and order some black rivets for those CF bumper guards that are laying in the hatch.

Damn, I need to change the oil, coolant, and put some new plugs in (didn't last year).

Damn, I hope that GB for the TII lip spoiler gets going and I can have one my DGRR 2K8.

Damn, I wish my car sat lower.

Dont feel bad.. Im putting pressure on myself to get some big milestones done on EvilAviator's car. (Ring) Hey Evil did you get the whammy jammy AWR toe items? And the new brake rotors.. and the new injectors.. and the fuel rail? Ok cool the rearend is all cleaned up and ready for Re-Assy.. etc etc etc.

And I have not touched the 1st gen. I have to drive like 3 hours away and pick up the 4.44 LSD I bought for it So it will go faster off the corners!

AND fix a spot of rust and get it re-painted.

And do the brakes on the dually.

And add a second tranny cooler

And replace the engine speed sensor. (controls the tranny)

And a SLEW of things for the EP car.. that is looking less and less ready to go to DG.

All that and do a engine swap in the 91. The engine has a... erm.. amount of exhaust coming from the radiator cap. Glad I spent the time to put it in the car and tune it, knowing it was that way ><

Oh and there are those work things too LOL

I just wish all the stuff I had to do.. and the things I didnt list.. didnt cost so much money!!!

I feel the same way around this time of the year. I want to do so much to be ready but haven't the time or funds and want the time to hurry up and get here then when it does I wish I had more of it. This year will hopefully be a great turnout, I cant wait!

if not, I'll just take the 10AE, but I really really REALLY wanna take the gtr.....

That is where I was for DGRR 2K5. Drove it as much as I could before going, drove gentle the whole way there, and then let it loose in the Dragon!!!!!

I had a fresh motor in the race car about 1 or 2 weeks before DGRR 07, and simply suffered.. ahem.. and drove the race car to work every day for two weeks

My co-workers had much fun messing with me every day.

But I got to take the FB on the dragon.. and umm.. well.. ummm. I was driving completely nice mister occifer. I never sped or gave it heavy throttle. Nor did I brake or corner hard. Nope.. waas sightseeing.. yeah thats it.
The safety equipment was to protect me from hooligan Harley davidson drivers.

Yeah thats it.

SO look for the SLOW #73 ITA racecar.. ahem
