I need to borrow 2 maybe 3, 16:9 miniDV cameras.. if you have one and willing to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!

 

I have a digital 8 camera I can bring but im pretty sure its 4:3. Ill check. Either way its still digital to rip straight to the computer and then author DVD's with it. I have DVD Studio Pro and Final Cut so its no problem for me to cut paste and mix.

 

My camera would be good for interior, but its too large to put outside. I am pretty darn sure its 16:9.

 

Just checked and mine does either 16:9 or 4:3.

 

I've got a miniDV you could borrow for a bit. It's got a wide shooting mode but since i've never used that function (just found it after reading this thread ) i'm not sure if it's true 16:9 or just squished 4:3 haha.

i've got one you can use, phil. not sure about the widescreen, but there are quite a few functions that i've yet to use. battery life could be a problem with mine though.

 

I just got another camera... its used but I think it will function ok for the event.. Its also widescreen.
