DGRRX Update:
Date has been set and registration will begin in a next week or so..

Location: Nantahala Village, Bryson City, NC
Pending weather, we are considering having Saturday Car show at the top of Fontana Dam and get rid of catered lunch. More detail schedule is to come...
This will bring down the Registration fee to $25 (which will include car show, event T-shirt, and prize giveaways at the banquet saturday night).

Well, I don't remember if I updated this thread or not.. but NVNC has finally got back to me. They now have a NEW general manager and he was very informative and professional.
They are going to give us similar deal as last year. If you book friday and saturday, they will throw in either thursday or sunday for FREE.
They are also going to give 20% discount til Mid Dec. and 5% lower each month til April. But just remember, 100% of the lodge and cabin across were booked last year. So, book early!
The restaurant will provide breakfast for $7.50 if you book early and 10% for dinner.
Next year, I'm going to plan differently and NOT provide lunch on saturday. Also, I've reserved the parking lot top of the dam for saturday car show and such. We'll have our show/meet from 8:30AM to 12PM. We'll try to sell some sandwiches or something at the top of the dam. If weather seems bad, then we'll have our gathering at NVNC.
We are still having after dinner banquet/award ceremony like this year at NVNC. Probably start around 9PM and hang out til 11-12PM.
I'll start the registration this Friday!
