I tried selling it, but no serious buyers came through. It's back under the knife right now. Took apart the front suspension and the brakes today.

Im still on the fence, but since my car currently looks like this:

and,

1. I haven't heard it run in a year.
2. A lot of the parts on this car I made or customized.
3. I've never had a turbo car, let alone a carb'd one.
4. Every single bolt has been removed at one point by me to either be cleaned, modified, or repaired.
5. All the wiring has been lengthened, removed, or at the very least moved.
6. Not sure.

I want to drive the car, and have zero doubts that I'll have it running great by then. But i want to take the car down there to have fun in. I'm going to push it. If the car blows up, big deal, its just an engine. But if the car blows up and I'm 500 miles from home with no way to get it home other than to pay for a tow.... Doesn't sound like fun. Besides, the truck will probably get better fuel mileage towing the 7. Especially when you consider the cost of premix and premium gas haha

But you never know. If i get the car done and put a few thousand miles on it problem (or at least no major problems) free, I might drive it. It would be more fun to drive it there than my truck.

You never know, I could be persuaded too!

Haha. It really didn't seem to take much to convince me. "You going to DGRR? Well, you should." "Ok"

A good rule of thumb that I saw on the Dragon was 2X the posted speed limit is typically the MOST you are going to want to go. I'm sure there are a few nuts and a few guys who have hundreds of hours of track time who can handle more but that was my comfortable limit.

Turn after turn after turn going even 20mph will have you jerking back and forth in rapid succession. If you have stock leather seats you will be sliding all over the place. =)

So the truth comes out! Is this why you built a nice house closer to the dgrr than your jax residence? Trying to lure us back....

LMAO!!! You mean something like this?

My guess is that rubberized/gimp outfit will not work if it has smooth texture.. I recommend rubber suit with this type of texture.. especially around your butt area.

LOL!
