This will be my 12th time going to DGRR, I'll be driving down from MD in one of these - not sure which one yet. Last year was the FD, so maybe I'll take the FC this time.

I'm going! Hoping to bring my 84 this year, accompanied by a few of my family's Miatas. This will be my first time, so I have a lot of planning and learning to do.

 

I am rotaryless at the moment, but I'll be there in my other car. The "Boxsterado"; a supercharged SBC swapped Porsche. It'll keep up.

Registered for the event and booked at the Microtel. I should be there late Wednesday night (so late it will technically be Thursday morning). I am leaning towards bringing the RX-8, but if Pete brings his FC, might be kind of cool to have twin black S5 TIIs there. We shall see.

 

We are getting closer!!! The weather is getting nicer..... I am ready!

At this point it looks like I should be able to make it this year. I'll have to register in person as I didn't want to register only to have the normal problems preventing me from making it. Will be bringing the FC this time.

... I was surprised they still had rooms available at the Microtel. booked.

i look forward to seeing everyone Fri/Sat. i will be joined by David White/Jackson, Ms. David is a new member of the FD community and brings lots of mechanical expertise along with what will be when finished a very nice FD.

 

I'll be arriving late Wed afternoon. My girlfriend is going with me this time, so we're staying at an Airbnb place in Bryson instead of the Microtel. Still not 100% decided on whether I'm taking the FD or FC this year - both are ready to go, but I suspect with my GF's stuff plus my tools/car cleaning supplies, the FC will win out this time based on the extra luggage space!

 

Thursday is a wash out, but Friday and Saturday look very good weather wise. I'll be getting there Wednesday night, probably around 9-10. I decided I'm sticking with my original choice and bringing the RX-8 this year. I finally got around to replacing the coolant reservoir today, so hopefully that annoying coolant light will not be seen on this trip!

 

I'll be arriving with a few others on Thursday.
