How about an FC turbo diff cradle? Sorta like the one Banzai makes for the FD.

how about a complete (front arms, rear arms, diff and anything else that has crappy bushings) poly or delrin bushing kit that is cheaper then the expensive superpro kit for a FD

hardened or thicker tie rods for FD and FC. maybe even make them have a lil more angle too. uras makes some but there spendy plus expensive shipping.

power steering resivior made out of aluminum for the FD. doesn't have to be super fancy just replace the crappy plastic ones that crack over time. RE amemiya makes one for like 500.

custom power steering cooler that can be mounted out of the way for v-mount setup for an FD.

hood dampeners that hold up a stock hood for an FD and the light weight FC hoods. tein makes them for 200. lil more then im willing to pay.

fiberglass or CF door panels for the FD and FC. but keeps stock location of switches.

ill think of other stuff too.

so derrick i kno you have heard it a bunch but me and many other people on here could really use a replacement engine harness. my FD harness is just nasty and it is nearly impossible to find a good condition harness thats worth buying. so i think that you could make a killing selling replacement harnesses. but thats just my 2 cents. later, Nick

- FMIC kit that doesn't get rid of the bumper support (using your 24"x6" core?)
- FD UIM to S5 LIM adapter (replica of the FEED one that costs $500)
- under tray (replica of the AWR one maybe?)

I know at least the first 2 have a really high demand... because no one is currently making them at a reasonable price.

alright so i kno i already said it but, someone besides super pro needs to make a bushing kit for the FD that is more available state side and for a cheaper price. ill probably be calling you to bug u about it but my diff bushings r beyond toast so i need a set super bad. so i would like to just replace all the chassis bushings with stiffer ones. later. How about a High Flow Cat for FD and FC since you guy have downpipe and cat back already mind as well make it a complete Cork Sport Exhaust System. Make a High Flow CAT with air pump pipe. Also maybe a SS exhaust manifold for a stock FD.

that just my 2 cent

you should start making a whole bunch of suspension parts that we cant get here.
some examples:

inner fender braces
something to brace between rear control arms
cheaper heim jointed parts (tie rod ends, control arms, ect)
front strut tubes threaded for koni inserts
finned aluminum diff cover
front splitter/pan using stock under tray mounting points.

oh and you should develop an upper intake manifold that bolts to the 6 port LIM and gives good power gains.

oh yeah also...a 3 point rear strut bar with a similar design to the mazdatrix front strut bar.

welded joints instead of pivoting ones, floorboard mount, ect.
i hate strut bars that pivot. seems to be a huge oversight that most companies make. hey lets brace the struts from bowing but not do anything for body flex...i dont get it.

I would suggest vented headlight covers and an aluminum plate or pod or something to mount 2 gauges in the center vent above the AC HVAC Panel for FC

I second the high flow cat and/or presilencer with the air pump pipe.

I am dragging this post back to the top,

Currently we are working in a turbo inlet pipe for the FC turbo. We have a more stylish lip for the S4 bumper on the table as well.

Anything else people thing we should bring up?

Thanks
Derrick

I would jump at the chance to buy a transparent sun roof! Everyone has the cable that pulls on it snapping and I never liked mine open anyways... But! It would be awesome to just have something to look through!

Also, every FC owner I know that hasn't gone to an after market ECU complains that the wires snap on their wiring harness if you look at them funny. It was a pain in the sphinkter to modify my harness to work for my turbo swap because every one wire I soldered broke two more. My vote would be to make a replacement for the N/A harness.

A VMIC would be absolutely amazing for the FC I'd jump at the chance to get away from my cheepo and crappy e-bay kit without doubling the amount of cash it took to swap in my TII engine.

Thanks,
Scott.

We do have a replacement harness available for the S4 turbo models. If you are doing a swap it would work fine.

I came across a product you need to make today, and I even called you guys to ensure you weren't making it yet.

I've got your 80mm tapered to 2.5 Power Series catback with the FC headers. Since you guys don't make a series 4 N/A midpipe yet, I had to get a Racing Beat s4 N/A header. Unfortunately its way too long and I'll have too cut a 3 or 4 inch chunk out of the exhaust length which will have to come out of the catback and header, voiding my warranty.
