I am always searching and searching and sometimes it takes forever to find the exact thing I am looking for. I know their are filters that can narrow your search down but honestly sometimes I can't remember what the thread title was or included.

I think that a thread title description should be added to allow easier searches. Something where it has to be to the point and exactly what the OP is addressing.

 

How do you suppose something like this be enforced? Unless you expect moderators to approve every single thread and/or categorize them properly I don't see how this can work.

I'm willing to listen to ideas, but this just seems unattainable.

Ya I know enforcing this would be almost impossible.

I guess what I'm getting at is something along the lines of this. Maybe when posting a thread, have a list of filters. It has to be posted in a particular section obviously. Then after completing the thread another page pops up asking for more filters. It could start off with basic filters then as people use "other." Those can be added as well.

I guess I just have bad searching skills Keith. I never know if something will be in one section or another.

Another suggestion that could completely remove my previous suggestion. In the advanced search page, when specifying which section the search is going to occur in, I think that check boxes should be beside each section so you can search more than one section in an easier manner than holding control and highlighting them.
