vendors?
I'd like to be able to link to the shops website through the forum in the vendors section. Maybe a button or something.
These people pay to be an advertising vendor of this forum and there isnt even a way to get to their site from this site, unless I'm blind or retarded (and I stress retarded, because I can see quite well).

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking for? Do you want to go to the vendors website? Are you looking for a link from this website to their website?
FWIW - The vendors are responsible for the content of their sections. More information would be helpful to answer your question properly.

I'm pretty sure he wants to be able to click on a vendor and within the threads have at least one thread (preferably stickied) that contains a link to their company's website.

Ahhh well that would really be up to the forum vendor to post their website URL...
I'm pretty sure all of the vendors have moderation control over their own sections.
It might be a good idea for each vendor to post an "About Us" thread with URL and contact infromation at the top of their section... of course it would be voluntary and not required.
