Include a section that auto-searches a topic when a new topic title is entered

I'm not sure how many forums have this implemented, but I'm diving into Ubuntu (it's a linux distribution) and was looking at their forums today. When I typed in the topic title and went to move on to the next section, an iframe/cell/whatever expanded between the title and message area and had the search results in that section for that title's value.
ie: if a user decided to make a new post about "how do i turbo my n/a," it will pop up the first 5 or so results for a search of "how do i turbo my n/a."
