maybe a mod can make a post and sticky it in the classified section.

That's why there is a location indicator when you create a post.....

there should be an icon for each state and it should be a reqirement to use it

 

There are already rules in place regarding posting locations, user apathy is the problem.

Regarding the icons, I will look into getting those updated.
