I agree, every board I have been on with this rep system has nothing but problems with it. There is a simple reason, newbs and people who want to impress the vets will blast people....or losers who have maybe 100-500 posts and think they are king **** all of a sudden will blast a newb...or their is retaliation to comments left. It's the internet, people can't be truthful, the system will never work as planned.
