Again, I really don't expect you to keep replying, if you're tired of it that's absolutely fine and you can delete it and I can have my opinion and I'll either move on to somewhere else or we'll continue on.

It's not that I'm trying to find a loophole, it's that we see two rather different situations. Yes, I will agree that a lot of the threads got out of hand, however from close to their original start the threads were moved, closed, or simply purged, usually with no explination as to why, which resulted in a duplicate thread, and a repeat, eventually people started getting angry at seeing the thread disappearing/or being created, then you had pro-atkins against anti-atkins and then bandwagon jumpers. I'm curious to know if you were even notified from the start of when most of those threads started, versus them being taken care of without your knowledge? You did hit one good point though, an engine blows and people can't accept a reason outside of their own, would you not consider that arguement to work both ways? I'm not in the same boat as a bandwagon jumper, I've had my own bad experiences with them on numerous occasions, with exactly the same result through means of various customers of mine. I don't expect you to jump in and mediate and chose who is right and wrong though, I can easily understand keeping things civil and preventing the inevitable result. Also, not all vendor feedback needs to have a resolution or be an attempt at a resolution, wouldn't notifying people of a company you have bad experiences with be justifyable as a warning to others? I agree there are limits to this. You seemed to misunderstand what I meant though about being proven wrong, there has been little as far as explination of any of the events that have happened, which leaves a lot upset, throwing up threads trying to get answers and complaining, and the result is hardly ever answers. This is why I said I would love to be proved wrong, to actually have a specific reasoning rather than assumption makes things easier (though, again you're in no position required to provide us any), but at the same time you can't expect us not to get a little upset and pissed as a result.

As for other vendors, I have limited negative experience with any of the vendors, though I have seen you defend others in a similar situation, but I can make no guesses or even assumptions not knowing any of the details of those. But that's rather different than when even civilized threads, just because they're on the same subject as others that got out of hand are deleted, that seems quite fishy. I can very easily see points outside of my own, my problem lies in justifying them or making sense of them based upon what I know and my experiences, (specifically the law ordeal of our last discussion).

Regardless, I do thank you for taking the time to actually respond. But I guess, really my biggest issue at the moment is, if we're civilized and within the realms of legality, are we simply void of the ability to post negative feedback regarding them, or is that acceptable? Because from previous events, it seems that no matter how people with negative experience present themselves, it gets thrown out the second it surfaces where anybody who knows this issue happens to show up, and that is my biggest reason for pestering.

the only thing i would like to coment on is that you make it sound like people were posting after them and bashing eveery day. i'm not familiar with these tactics. there was a couple posts in the good guy/bad guy section by i believe 4 different people. and i'll admit 100% that i would bump the threads up, well the ones that stayed open, every few days at first. then it came to every couple weeks to a month. others would see it and post.i also made a sig that you didn't like, well you asked me to remove the name and i did. i'm a persistant person, i believe in what i do. so i ended up with just a link to the thread. was fine for a long time, didn't make much fussw until recentlyfor my sig. it wasn't until one person told another person that if they don't delete it they were gonna get her job taken away. well that made more of a ruckas. and then more stupid **** started happening. yet it wasn't until the day that one certain person did get a job taken away that **** started to hit the fan. so i think it's real funny how you state the kettlmans band wagon. hte majoraty of this didn't start til somebody made it seem like they had someones job taken away. also just about every person thats upset about what has happened has seen the parts in question first hand. thats all except like i said in the begining. just ask me and i'll do it.

I know exactly what happened, and how ... why would you even bother trying to tell me how it went down? Especially when you're not being truthful.

This serves no purpose anymore. The issue is over, time to move on.
